GReminders
GReminders is a meeting management platform for financial advisers that combines scheduling, client reminders and an AI notetaker. It started in 2020 as scheduling and SMS reminder software and now sells all three together. The notetaker joins Zoom, Teams, Webex and Google Meet calls as a participant, or records in person meetings through the mobile app, and keeps the recording and transcript under the firm's retention settings. It writes summaries, action items and follow up emails, sends a pre meeting brief before each call, and includes an assistant that answers questions and updates the CRM.
Its closest ties are to the CRMs advice firms run. GReminders works inside Orion's Redtail and writes back to Wealthbox, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Advyzon, and Osaic approved it for more than 11,000 affiliated professionals. Prices are published, from $69 a month for Essentials and $132 for Business. It runs on Microsoft Azure with Azure OpenAI models and says customer data is not used for AI training. GReminders is based in Los Angeles and led by founder and CEO Arnulf Hsu. The same platform is also sold to accountants, attorneys, therapists and other appointment based businesses.

GReminders began in 2020 as scheduling and reminder software, and that engine runs without any model. Clients book through embeddable pages with routing forms and round robin assignment, and each booking is linked to the CRM record. Reminders go out by SMS, email and voice with if, then and else logic, and annual review invitations repeat until a client books. The plans sold to individual professionals include no AI. For advisers, AI carries the products sold on top.
The notetaker joins video calls or records in person, then writes summaries, action items and follow up emails. Pre meeting briefs summarize every interaction since the last meeting, and the Ask Anything and Do Anything assistant queries and updates client data across connected systems. The Business plan adds document intelligence, AI client presentations, field extraction into forms and LinkedIn posts drafted from meeting summaries. Remove the models and the adviser product loses its notes, briefs and assistant, while the scheduling business it grew from keeps working.
Client email waits for the adviser, while CRM updates do not. Follow up emails written by the notetaker land in the adviser's drafts folder rather than going to the client. Advisers choose which meetings the notetaker joins, edit summaries and run find and replace across them, and first bookings can be set to need approval. Summaries, tasks and notes write back to the CRM automatically, staff are notified when an AI note is written back, and summaries can go to assistants without review.
At launch the Do Anything assistant was described as fully autonomous, able to create meetings, tasks, notes, opportunities and workflows in the CRM. No approval step or administrator limit on what it may change is published.
GReminders markets its notetaker as accurate, and no accuracy figure, test or validation method is published. Its design does leave a source to check notes against. GReminders keeps the recording and full transcript under the firm's retention settings, and advisers can listen back, edit the summary and upload their own notes or transcripts for processing. The Business plan sells meeting scorecards, sentiment scoring, meeting analytics and an alert tracker, and how each is measured is not described. The terms of use disclaim any guarantee of accuracy.
Jeff Moormeir, founder of Emerald City Fiduciary Group, says GReminders cut his firm's follow up work by 85 percent, and his colleague Olivia Rice is quoted on the pre meeting summaries and notetaker. Osaic approved the notetaker and SMS reminders for more than 11,000 affiliated professionals, and Clayton Chandler, Osaic's Chief Data and Analytics Officer, is quoted saying he worked to make GReminders an approved vendor.
Brian Towner, AVP of Product Strategy at Orion, is quoted on the February 2026 Redtail launch. In the T3/Inside Information 2026 Software Survey, GReminders had 2.00 percent notetaker market share with an 8.02 user rating and led the scheduling category's ratings at 8.46. US News and World Report named it the best appointment reminder app for 2024. Its own January 2026 survey of 243 customer advisers reports 88.9 percent saving time and more than 65 percent adding client capacity.
Customer data is not used for any AI training, the security page says, and the notetaker runs on Microsoft Azure OpenAI models. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept under retention options the firm chooses, with custom retention on Enterprise, and an account can be deleted on request under the privacy policy. Shared summaries can be password protected with links that expire automatically, and a firm can choose to email full summaries or links only. No contract term carries the training commitment, nothing states what Azure keeps from a request, and no subprocessor list or termination timeline for meeting data is published.
GReminders' privacy policy, last updated 14 May 2026, treats financial clients' data as nonpublic personal information under SEC Regulation S-P. It commits to notify a client within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach, not to sell or share personal information without consent, and to follow Google's Limited Use rules for Google data.
The same policy reserves the right to share aggregated, non identifying information with third parties and affiliates, including for targeted content on other websites. Retention is described only as the period the stated purposes need, while the notetaker offers retention options set by the firm and shared summaries can carry passwords and expiring links. California residents get access and deletion rights.
The security page names ISO 27001, SOC 1, 2 and 3 Type II reports, the Cloud Security Alliance STAR program and the retired EU US Privacy Shield. It presents them as certifications GReminders and its data center provider meet together. The notetaker page lists FINRA, SOC 2 and HIPAA side by side. Neither page says which of these GReminders holds in its own name, and no report, certificate or trust portal is offered.
Controls include daily third party network scans, quarterly penetration tests by outside experts and static code analysis in development. Intrusion detection, Cloudflare DDoS protection and firewalls guard the network, with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Engineers train on OWASP practices, and a status page is public.
As a software supplier, GReminders holds no license, and its compliance features support firms' own duties. Client communications are journaled and archived to Smarsh, Global Relay, Veritas or Archive Intel, reminders write back to the CRM as an audit trail, and BCC copies and a weekly email compliance digest are available. The privacy policy defines client data by reference to SEC Regulation S-P.
The FINRA reference on the security page points to Cohasset Associates assessing Microsoft Azure against FINRA Rule 4511(c), an assessment of the cloud provider rather than of GReminders. HIPAA is supported with a business associate agreement on paid plans, and Enterprise customers can add custom disclosures.
The Business plan rates client sentiment and evaluates meetings with scorecards, and neither method is described, though both can shape how advisers treat clients. Workflow and opportunity suggestions from the assistant point advisers toward particular clients on a basis that is not described either. Enterprise customers can have custom AI and custom disclosures, neither of which is explained. No AI governance framework, named owner or fairness testing is published, and nothing addresses how transcription performs across accents, speaking styles or audio conditions.
Under the terms of use, last updated 3 April 2026, the customer carries the loss from errors. GReminders accepts no liability for errors, inaccurate or corrupted data, or indirect damages, and caps everything else at fees paid in the prior 12 months, or $100 on free and trial plans. Paying customers get an indemnity against US patent, copyright and trade secret claims only, and free, trial and beta users get none. Nothing promises the accuracy of a summary or task. The retained recording, the audit trail and the CRM history let a firm trace what was produced and when. Disputes go to individual arbitration under California law, with a class action waiver.
Microsoft Azure OpenAI is named as the language model provider, running on Azure infrastructure behind Cloudflare. No transcription engine, model version or subprocessor list is published, and nothing says whether the meeting bot is built in house or licensed from a meeting capture provider. The connectors to ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini let advisers reach GReminders data from those assistants, which is a separate path from the models GReminders runs itself. Stripe and Square for booking payments and Google and Microsoft calendars are the other outside services named on the product pages.
Integrations are native rather than routed through middleware, and each is listed with what it does. In Redtail, GReminders runs inside the CRM, with a meeting tab holding summaries, briefs and bookings in each client record. Wealthbox, Salesforce and its overlays, Microsoft Dynamics, Advyzon, SmartOffice and AgencyBloc receive notes and tasks, and booking questions can map to custom CRM fields, create opportunities and launch workflows.
Briefs and the assistant draw on Holistiplan tax returns, Black Diamond reports and documents in Box, SharePoint and Google Drive. Archiving runs to Smarsh, Global Relay, Veritas and Archive Intel, and workflows to Hubly and PreciseFP. A public REST API with OAuth and webhooks is documented at developer.greminders.com. Connectors let advisers schedule meetings and reach client data from ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini. GReminders compares itself with other notetakers on the Ezra Group Integration Score.
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure behind Cloudflare, as multitenant SaaS reached through the web app, a Chrome and Edge sidebar and iOS and Android apps. No region, data center location or residency commitment is published, although plans are sold in more than a dozen countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK and EU member states. Booking pages can be embedded on a firm's own website under its own URL and brand. A hosted or on premises Microsoft Exchange calendar can be connected, which is a calendar option rather than a way to run GReminders itself.
Essentials, the entry plan for advisers and other regulated businesses, starts at $69 a month and includes the notetaker, pre meeting briefs, task sync, follow up emails, Redtail and Wealthbox, reminders and the API. Business starts at $132 a month and adds AI agents, multi office controls, routing, account teams, more calendars and more SMS credits, along with document intelligence, sentiment scoring and meeting scorecards.
Enterprise, with SSO, SCIM, custom AI, disclosures and retention, is quoted. Separate plans for individual professionals run from free to $47 a month and leave out the notetaker. A free trial is offered, onboarding packages are sold separately, and the unlimited notetaker carries a fair use policy naming 40 to 120 hours a month as typical.
Financial professionals are the lead market. GReminders has pages for advisers, broker dealers, banks and credit unions and insurance agencies, and connects to AgencyBloc, NextAgency and Zinnia SmartOffice on the insurance side. Osaic approved the notetaker and SMS reminders for more than 11,000 affiliated professionals in 2025.
GReminders also describes itself as the only scheduling and notetaker app built into Infinet, the Osaic Institutions platform used by more than 250 financial institutions. The Enterprise plan is pitched at large RIAs and broker dealers, and phone call reminders are offered for older client bases. The same product is sold to accountants, attorneys, therapists, recruiters and real estate agents, and pricing is published for more than a dozen countries, among them Canada, Australia and the UK.
