UPTIQ
UPTIQ sells AI agents that take on lending and banking operations work for financial institutions. Banks, credit unions, wealth managers, equipment finance firms and non bank lenders use them to open accounts, underwrite loans, monitor portfolios and run compliance tasks.
The agents read documents, spread financials, draft credit memos and flag issues with a cited reason. They work alongside a firm's existing core, origination and CRM systems through more than 100 integrations rather than replacing them. Officers review and approve at each step, and every action is logged.
UPTIQ states more than 150 institutions use it, and a case study credits it with a 300 percent rise in loan volume at UPM. It names SOC 2 Type II and says customer data never trains shared models. UPTIQ, Inc. is based in Plano, Texas.

Agents read loan documents, spread financial statements and draft credit memos, but the integration cloud that moves data between a bank's systems, and the workflow layer on top, would work without them.
Approval gates and scoped roles hold the agents inside each institution's own policies, and officers review and decide at every step, with every item checked rather than sampled. Where an agent stops and hands work back is set per institution.
Each flag comes with a plain language reason and the policy or regulation behind it, and every decision is recorded with its evidence. Document accuracy is put above 95 percent, with no method or test set behind the figure.
UPM, a named lender, saw loan volume rise 300 percent and approvals speed up 75 percent with the mortgage agent. Across deployments, credit memo preparation time fell 63 percent on UPTIQ's figures.
A customer's data never trains shared models, the homepage says, though the commitment is a single sentence and model provider retention terms aren't published.
The privacy policy covers only the website and mentions the Gramm Leach Bliley Act solely as an exclusion under California law. How borrower data moving through the agents is handled, kept or deleted isn't described.
SOC 2 Type II is named on the compliance page, and multi factor authentication and session timeouts are listed, but the report itself isn't offered.
Claims that the platform exceeds security guidelines from the SEC and FINRA, and from the FFIEC, describe controls rather than a regulatory position, and no examination or register entry backs them.
Credit memos drafted by the agents feed consumer and small business lending decisions, yet nothing is published on fair lending testing, disparate impact or how adverse action reasons are produced. An agent citing Regulation B on the homepage shows explainability, not a bias test.
A borrower whose file an agent prepared has no published route to challenge it, and UPTIQ offers institutions no guarantee or indemnity when an agent misreads a document.
Whether loan documents reach an outside model during extraction isn't stated, and no model provider, host or subprocessor is named.
Broadridge's own 2025 release confirms the partnership that brings the lending agents to wealth firms, and more than 100 integrations span core banking, loan origination and screening systems.
Instance level separation, tenant level separation or logical separation are all on offer, with a choice of full control or a managed service, but the hosting provider and region stay unnamed.
Every product page routes to a demo request, and whether cost is a platform fee, usage based or both isn't said.
Banks, credit unions and non bank lenders each have a dedicated page among six buyer types, and separate solution pages cover commercial, SBA and consumer lending.
