Socure's RiskOS platform is live as the identity verification, fraud prevention and risk decisioning layer on Arc, the Layer 1 blockchain built by Circle, at its public mainnet launch. RiskOS is integrated into the Arc Onramp flow that moves users from fiat into USDC inside any application built on the network.

Payments, stablecoin and digital asset teams building on Arc get a KYC and fraud decision step already wired into the fiat to USDC onramp instead of integrating one themselves. It extends RiskOS coverage into on chain money movement for crypto and fintech programs.

Socure corrected feature logic in the Sigma Identity Fraud and Sigma Synthetic Fraud models that treated last 4 SSN or ITIN inputs as full 9 digit values, which generally produced riskier scores. Score distributions for 4 digit inputs now shift slightly lower and align with 9 digit and missing SSN inputs, with stated gains in precision and recall.

Lenders and card issuers that collect only the last 4 SSN digits will see score distributions move, so fraud strategy and model risk teams should recheck cutoffs and approval rates for that segment. It also removes a source of excess declines or step ups for applicants who supply a partial SSN.

Socure updated Predictive DocV with an inline barcode verification flow and a new informational reason code, I835, for cropped document handling. The inline flow lets a customer send a decoded barcode payload as a base64 string in a single Evaluation API call through a new barcode_payload field, instead of a separate round trip.

Removing a network round trip from an identity check is worth more than it sounds when the check sits inside an account opening flow measured in seconds. The reason code is the part an operations team will use: it turns a silent image quality failure into a labeled outcome that can be routed and counted.

Socure acquired Fravity, an agentic platform for fraud, risk and compliance operations, and will deliver its capabilities inside RiskOS under the name RiskOS_Agents. The agents carry out investigation and case work rather than returning a score, beginning with watchlist screening and monitoring and know your business checks, and are wired into Socure's identity graph, models and decision outcomes.

Institutions already on RiskOS get case resolution from the same vendor that returns the decision, instead of buying a standalone agent layer and integrating it against their own outcomes. Socure cites cost per case down 80 percent, resolution up to five times faster and false positives down as much as 70 percent across Fravity's existing deployments, which are vendor reported figures rather than independently verified results.
