Shortcut release 1.2.1 introduced Sho, an autonomous agent with its own cloud computer that takes work by voice or text, carries it out in the background and remembers conversations and notes between sessions, in early alpha for organizations with voice mode enabled. The same release moves users to Pivot 0.7, which replaces Pivot 0.6 and which Shortcut describes as much stronger at financial modeling and especially at auditing financial models; existing users are upgraded automatically.
Our readAnalysts can hand longer jobs to an agent that keeps working while they do something else, and teams auditing financial models get a stronger default. Sho is gated twice, by the alpha and by voice mode, which only began rolling out on 25 September, and Shortcut gives no benchmarks for Pivot 0.7.
