Majesco's Fall '26 release, more than 700 capabilities across P&C, life and health, and retirement, introduces Immersive AI, which uses on screen context inside core workflows to surface agent processed work, recommend next actions and complete routine tasks within guardrails, on a framework of Agent Studio, an agent and tool registry, a model catalog and MCP with audit and human approval steps. P&C gains five machine learning models (risk signals, predictive scores, quote acceptance likelihood, document extraction and operational reporting), OFAC screening of claim payment recipients and AI assisted workbook creation from approved filings, while life and health gains six named models and a new Intelligent Underwriting Workbench for group and voluntary benefits.
Our readCarriers on Majesco get agentic features inside the policy, claims and underwriting screens they already use, with governance controls aimed at NAIC expectations. Majesco names no customers or underlying models, and its claim of workbooks built in as little as 30 minutes has no stated method.
