Tracking changes to AI fintech vendors

Jump released an FMG Suite integration, built on FMG Connect, that surfaces compliance approved FMG content based on what was discussed in a client meeting, for the advisor to review and use in post meeting follow up. The advisor decides whether each piece fits and whether to send it. The integration is available to all Jump users.

Jump's September 2026 release adds a Genesys Cloud integration that ingests completed calls into the adviser's meeting record, a TradePMR integration that pulls live accounts, balances, positions and tax lots from the Fusion platform into meeting prep, and a deeper Black Diamond pull covering cost basis, unrealized gains, client timeline posts and portfolio groupings. Enterprise API endpoints now expose SCIM user metadata and contact record IDs, and firms can require a pre meeting prep attestation that creates an audit trail. The post also lists real time Schwab and Fidelity account opening, announced in limited beta on 14 September, which needs the Onboard upgrade and broker dealer approval.

Wealth firms get phone calls captured as meetings and fresher custodian data in prep without manual entry, and IT teams can reconcile Jump users and contacts against their own identity and CRM systems. Several items carry a caveat that they may not be available at every firm.

Jump introduced AI assisted, real time account opening with Schwab Advisor Services and Fidelity, with the Fidelity workflow running through Dispatch. During a client meeting, Jump pulls information from the conversation, documents, forms and CRM, flags anything missing, and gets the application reviewed and sent for signature before the meeting ends. On Schwab it can also start asset transfers and set up ACH bank profiles.

Our read

Not in good order submissions are the cost of onboarding, and they usually surface days after the client has left. Catching the gap while the client is still in the room is the real gain; ask how the advisor confirms fields Jump filled from the conversation before anything is signed.

Jump published its August release, adding SCIM provisioning through identity providers including Okta and Microsoft Entra, its first general-release Outlook add-on, public Smart Form links for prospect data capture, a template gallery of roughly 100 meeting note and 50 recap email templates, rebuilt task creation, audio alerts in the web recorder, and Schwab account opening.

Our read

SCIM is the line that matters to anyone deploying this past a handful of advisers, because deprovisioning is the control an auditor asks about and manual deprovisioning is the one that gets missed. The Schwab account opening path is the other substantive item, since onboarding friction at the custodian is where adviser tooling usually stops being useful.
