Broadridge launched DLX, a tokenisation and digital asset infrastructure platform that connects on chain and traditional market activity through one operating layer covering issuance, trading, settlement, servicing, custody, governance and distribution. It launches with connectivity to the DTCC Tokenization Service via Canton and other networks, supports self custody, third party custody and hybrid models, and builds on Broadridge's Distributed Ledger Repo platform, which the company says processes more than 350 billion dollars of daily activity.
Our readThe DLR base is why this is not a press release about a roadmap: the repo business has been running tokenised collateral at scale for years, and DLX extends that plumbing to other asset classes. Broadridge says broader use cases will follow, so a buyer should read the launch as a platform with one live network path today rather than a finished market.
